Poem about a Necessary Accessory

Invaluable Companion

 –

Dear companion, with me always

Up streets, alleys, hallways.

Handsome, stylish and so much flair

You on my arm, we’re quite the pair.

 –

Careful, wary, your not stolen

From my arms, when we’re strollin’

Oft I thought to leave you behind

It’d leave me at a loss I’d find

Your so full, to fill my needs

Carrying my pens, pads and reads

You and me, better or worse

I love you dearly, my sweet purse.
